COME REALIZZARE IL CARICO DEI CARRI MERCI - DI GIORGIO MASCARELLO

Il nostro amico e membro attivo del blog tuttoscalan Giorgio Mascarello mi è venuto molto gentilmente in soccorso con un articolo, corredato anche di fotografie relative alle sue fantastiche realizzazioni, per quanto riguarda la creazione di diversi tipi di carico per vagoni merci (vedi il post precedente).

<<Volevo aiutare l'amico Enrico a proposito il carico dei suoi carri merci . Si utilizza un pezzo di polistirolo sagomato come il carico che si vuole fare , e si ricopre ad esempio sabbia , carbone , polvere di cemento , oppure con della paglietta metallica con piccoli pezzi di carta stagnola per rappresentare del rottame ferroso . La paglietta è quella da falegname perchè è molto fine . Per fare il telo proteggi carico si utilizza la pellicola alimentare trasparente , si vernicia con pitture nitro e subito si posiziona . Il carico di paglia è ricavato ricoprendo il polistirolo con canapa da idraulico tagliata molto fine . Una precisazione la colla utilizzata è il Vinavil cosi non si scioglie il polistirolo . Sperando di essere stato di aiuto all'amico Enrico e non solo allego alcune foto con diversi tipi di carico da me realizzati . A presto Giorgio. >>
